Sonder Beauty Collective is an LGBTQ owned business with a team of hair stylists and makeup artists founded by Mary Caroline Bean-Wade. We specialize in natural, glowing airbrush makeup and bohemian, braided hair styles. We work with celebrants to create their dream wedding day look that will be stunning on camera/HD, last all night long, and allow our celebrants to feel like their best selves
The Sonder Beauty team provide services for clients all over Charleston, SC Upstate SC, Orlando, FL and destination weddings! From smokey-eye-glam, to old hollywood, to effortless, beachy wave, and natural - our goal is for you to feel seen, feel encouraged, and feel empowered.

On-site/mobile services involve each artist curating their meticulously clean kit and including the products and tools needed for every skin tone, hair/skin type, age, and desired look. We strive to provide an effortless client experience every time.
Extra Details and Offers
Assistance for touch-ups after all original services are completed or location change for getting ready is offered for an additional $100 per/hr plus mileage fee (if car travel is required for location change). These fees would apply to needed touch-ups in between photos and ceremony, staying however long you desire us to help with adjustments throughout the big day, starting at one location to get ready such as a house/Airbnb and then transferring to finish services at the venue.
We ask that each client comes with a clean face, dry (preferably a day or more old) hair to allow appointment time to be the most efficient. If a client comes with wet hair requiring us to blow dry before creating a special occasion style, that will be an extra $25 fee.
